ULTIMATE OBSTACLE COURSE

GAME DESIGNER & FUNDING LEAD

The Ultimate Obstacle Course (temp title) successfully raised $1.2MM for development through the CMF, Shaw Rocket Fund, and private investment. I led the design and creative of this project during its pitch and funding phase alongside co-designer Ole Alfheim.

This project is designed for VR as a fast-paced obstacle course game with a level-building tool integrated into the game for easy level remixing. My main focus in the design process was Systems Design and Mechanic Design.

  • Designing obstacles for snap and play use.

  • Designing a unique avatar building system.

  • Designing a basic snap and play level editing system.

While this project is currently still in development, I have been moved to help lead design on a companion project in the studio. What is shared here is early concept work and obstacle design.
